Other Names and Misspellings for Tourette Syndrome

Tourette Syndrome is officially named Tourette's disorder per the DSM-IV-TR.
Tourette's is also called TS, Tourette's syndrome, Tourette Syndrome, and Gilles de la Tourette's Syndrome (GTS).  
Tourette syndrome may be misspelled as tourettes syndrome, tourretts, tourrettes, touretts, terrets, terets, turettes, turrets syndrom and referred to as Tourette's disease.   The word tics is often misspelled as ticks.
